  • “The Boot and Shoe Inn is a lovely place with a cosy atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and shown our room which was absolutely lovely. There was a large comfy bed and a cosy single bed for our son. We also had dinner here which was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous! All in all, a wonderful stay. We will be back when we visit the area again :)"

The room was cosy but comfortable and spotless. The bar downstairs had a good mix of locals and guests, a good range of drinks and snacks available in addition to a good menu for full meals.   • "We chose this place as a midway meeting point for us (two best mates living opposite ends of the country) and I wish we’d found it years ago! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the hosts couldn’t do enough for us! The food is delicious, cooked to order and so fresh. The staff are happy, friendly and welcoming. The pub itself is lovely, with a gorgeous outdoor area & tepee. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and just perfect for what we needed. We will most definitely be back… thank you to the hosts for making our catch up so perfect "
